Each class is a joyful blend of guided movement, music, storytelling, and mindfulness—offering a safe space where kids can dance freely while gently balancing their energy centers (chakras). From swirling like the wind to stomping like the earth, each movement reflects the spirit of a different chakra, helping children understand their own emotions and bodies in a fun, age-appropriate way.
